Neighborhood Amenities
Our community offers a few amenities for our residents and their children to enjoy.
| Our pool is open to residents and their families from Memorial Day weekend until typically late September. The pool area provides separate women's and men's restroom facilities as well as chairs, tables and umbrellas which are available to our residents to use. The pool is monitored by security cameras and is cleaned multiple times a week. |

| We offer our resident's and their children two different playgrounds, one for bigger children and another for the little children. Each playground's surface is made up of a soft rubber mulch which helps protect the little ones in the event of a fall. Each playground also provides benches and/or picnic tables for convenience as well as trash bins. |

| We also offer our residents a basketball court which resides at the very front of the neighborhood. There are concrete steps that lead down to it from the sidewalk and has two benches and a picnic table. There's also a little bit of green space for any other activity. |
